1. Acceptance of Terms

Ecovan provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time on this page.

2. Description of Service

Ecovan provides users with access to a collection of resources, including booking services for ground transportation, vehicle fleet information, and customer support (the "Service"). You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Ecovan assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. Booking and Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any booking at our sole discretion.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation.
  • To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with the Content Standards set out in these TOS.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter" or "spam" or any other similar solicitation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Ecovan, its affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the website, any websites linked to it, any content on the website or such other websites or any services or items obtained through the website or such other websites.
